We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative at our purpose-built premises in Louth, Lincolnshire. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week with 30 minutes for unch each day. We may require you to work Saturday mornings, as per the demands of the business. Hourly rate is £12.21 p.h. which may increase following successful completion of a probationary period.
As a production operative, you will be asked to carry out the following duties:
Working on a fast-paced production line within a busy environment
Carrying out quality checks on finished products
Working with other members of the team
Communicating effectively with the group
Working to strict company deadlines and targets
Adhering to all Good Manufacturing Practice/Health and Safety regulations
You will work as part of a team creating products from scratch to an extremely high standard. Therefore, pride in your work is an essential quality that we will be looking for. The ability to work well under pressure, be adaptable and follow instructions is essential. Ideally you will have previous production experience, but this is not essential, as full training will be given. Ideal candidate will be able to read, write and communicate in English to a good standard.
